1. Team Nomination Forms can be found here.

2. Please complete all details accurately and complete the form in full. DO NOT email form incomplete or without a team manager or coach. It will NOT be accepted.

3. The preferred number of players per team is 8. If you nominate 7 the Club reserves the right to fill the 8th position.

4. Senior teams may be better with 9 players with some players working away.

5. U16 & U19 must have a Coach & Team Manager appointed with contact details completed.

6. Seniors & Masters must have a Captain & Vice Captain appointed.

7. BABA Bylaw rules on Representative Players points and age groups must be followed when making teams.
